What I appreciate most is building strong communication and always finding options to become a good cook. White Spot is the only work environment I have ever enjoyed and it always has a positive atmosphere!

I still remember my first day of work here. I was a nervous 18 year old stepping into the kitchen of this restaurant, that I grew up eating Pirate Pak’s in. Little did I know I was stepping into an environment where I would create friendships and relationships that will last me forever. A Red Seal culinary apprenticeship and tons of hours of hard work and laughs later, I’m happy to say White Spot has helped mould me into the man I am today.

What this job has allowed me to do is meet all sorts of people and make some real connections. I've had the pleasure and honor of serving guests such as Joe Sakic, Wayne Gretzky and the late great Gord Downie.
