What is the $10 Holiday Bonus Card Promotion?
From Nov 1-Dec 31 2025, for every $50 Gift Card purchased, you get a $10 Holiday New Year bonus. The $10 Bonus can only be redeemed January 1-February 28, 2026.
When & how can I redeem the Holiday $10 Bonus Card?
Valid Jan 1 – Feb 28, 2026, or until balance is used (whichever comes first). Redeemable for dine-in and takeout only (not valid for delivery). For online orders, add your Bonus Card in the payment section of your account. On January 1st 2026, a $10 amount will be automatically loaded onto the card. On March 1st, 2026 the card will have expired, and balance returned to $0 if not already used. The card will show a balance of $0 outside the redemption window.
What are the terms and conditions of the $10 Holiday Bonus Card?

$10 Bonus Cards will show a balance of $0 before and after the redemption period or if the card has been used.

Where can I use my Gift Card?
You can use your gift card at any participating White Spot or participating Triple O’s Restaurant, with the exception of colleges/universities, BC Ferries, Pacific Coliseum, Playland/PNE, Rogers Arena and Aldergrove Waterpark, Kelowna Airport.
Can I buy multiple Gift Cards?
Yes. Cards are available in any denomination with no minimum purchase.
How do I pay for my gift card?
In restaurant, we accept cash, credit card, or debit card. Online we accept credit card.
When will I receive my Gift Card order?
Online orders are fulfilled within the timeframe selected at checkout. Some mail delays may occur if shipping via Canada post. Cards are also available at any White Spot or Triple O’s location
How do I reload my Gift Card?
Reload at any participating White Spot or Triple O’s restaurant.
Do you charge fees or deduct from my balance if I don’t use the card?
No. There are no fees for non-use.
How do I place a large Gift Card order?
Submit an order through our Gift Card Form and our team will contact you to confirm details.
Do you offer Electronic Gift Cards?
Only physical Gift Cards are available currently.
