YEAR END MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

To Our Wonderful Guests,

2022 has been both challenging and rewarding in so many ways. The end of a year invites reflection-reliving the highlights of the last 12 months and reframing adversities we’ve faced into lessons learned. And it invites optimism as we look forward to the excitement of a new year, and for White Spot, a year that will mark our 95th anniversary.

For White Spot and Triple O’s, welcoming guests back to in-restaurant dining provided our happiest and most heartwarming highlights of 2022, Triple O’s celebrated their 25th anniversary, and we proudly opened our new R+D Kitchen by White Spot concept. While we are glad that take-out and delivery have been ways to stay part of our guests’ lives, being able to look after guests in person is a special privilege and unequalled pleasure. Throughout the year, we’ve been witness to countless reunions and celebrations, big and small, and we’ve enjoyed returning to being a part of the fabric of guests’ lives for that family meal, get together with friends, solo treat, or business lunch- without Zoom for a change.
2022 also saw us humbled by challenge. Many people left our industry over the past couple of years-we are so grateful to those who stayed and those who have joined us. Supply chain issues have been difficult as our farmers, growers, and distributors struggle-we have worked more closely than ever to look at new ways to work together. Cost increases have been staggering-a pressure we know our guests face in their daily lives. Our dedication to providing value is paramount and has always been a guiding principle for White Spot. We know our guests have choices, and we are honored every time they choose us, and we will continue to work diligently to earn that trust.

We are thankful for the opportunities we have had to give back to our communities, whether feeding volunteers and first responders or making donations to the many charities that need support.

To our White Spot restaurant family, thank you to each and every one of you for all you do, day in and day out, and for taking pride in the impact you make – lifting people up through caring, connection, and great food.

To our team and our guests and partners, my best wishes for the holiday season and the coming year. We wish you peace, health, comfort, and joy.

Sincerely,

Warren Erhart, President & CEO, White Spot Limited
